Biography
Dr.Sandeep Kelkar, is founder chairman of 'EQuip Kids' an India based institute, committed to developmental projects related to Child EQ. Sandeep is a prolific writer & an inspiring speaker and has written several articles on Child EQ in News papers (Marathi) in India. He has organised workshop for parents with the theme as "Power of EQ in Parenting"and given effective presentations on child EQ to parents & teachers. He leads a 'Child EQ clinic', at Thane, dealing with 'Emotionally Intelligent Parenting' with the theme as "EQ-vaccination to prevent behavioral illnesses" Sandeep has done postgraduation in the field of pediatrics, from Seth G.S.Medical college, Mumbai.He has been practicing as Child & Newborn specialist at a self owned hospital, for last 12 years. He is presently Vice President of Thane Branch of Indian Academy Of Pediatrics. Living at Thane, a city close to Mumbai (Bombay), with his wife (A physician by profession) and a son, Sandeep enjoys music & trekking and he is a hardcore sportsperson with special talents in Chess, basketball & Cricket. Sandeep has been interviewed & felicitated by television network (eTV) of India for special work done in the field of 'Child EQ'

Dr.Suchitra Kelkar is a postgraduate (M.D.) in General Medicine from
Pune university. A passionate advocate of Emotional Intelligence & a Physician, she is committed to research in the field of “EQ enhancing activities for children”. A gold medalist at postgraduate level, she is practicing as consultant physician at Lok Hospital, Thane for last 10 years.
MRS. SUDHA SRIKANTH, M.HSc ( Mumbai)

Mrs. Sudha Srikanth is a Masters in Human Development from SNDT University. A gold medalist in her field, she has successfully completed the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test in Home Science. She was also adjudged the Best All-round Student in SNDT, Pune.
She has been involved in providing guidance in the field of Early Childhood development for over 10 years. Sudha started her career by teaching in a school in Byculla and moved to head the pre-primary section in Lok Puram Public School, Thane. She was also responsible for conducting a diploma course on early Childhood Education at the same school. She has also taught at the graduate and post-graduate level at SNDT.
She has been the academic counselor with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for their DECE course since 1995. She has also conducted a number of radio counseling programs through IGNOU.
Since Jan 2000, she has been running her own day-care and nursery, Little Steps, in Thane. In order to ensure that her experience is available to many more such institutions in Mumbai and Thane, she has provided consultancy to a number of them.
An ardent student of Carnatic music, Sudha has also won many medals at university level championships for table-tennis.
